Same email and password as the chat. Studio checks them with Ermos AI and keeps nothing.
Agents
Pick an Agent+, fill in the details, preview the plan, then run it. It only ever reads documents the person acting is allowed to see.
Select a flow on the left.
Build an Agent+
Name it, describe what it produces, then define the steps. Check the plan on the right, and save — it goes live immediately.
Editing — saving replaces it.
Scope narrows a retrieve step. A connection step fetches from an outside system.

Knowledge
The documents the person you are acting as is permitted to see. Everything an Agent+ reads comes from here — and never from a folder outside these permissions.

Live sources
Read from the source when a step asks. Nothing is copied here.

Connections
Outside systems an Agent+ can fetch from — an accounting package, a practice management system. A fetch only happens when a step asks for it, and only for a person permitted to use that connection.

Skills
A skill teaches Ermos AI to do one kind of task your way: an engagement letter, a tenant notice, a file note. Ermos AI reads each skill's description and uses the skill by itself when a request fits, or when someone asks for it by name. Firm skills are shared with the groups you choose. Your own skills are yours alone.

Templates
The firm's Word and Excel templates. When someone asks Ermos AI for a Word document or a PDF, it is written into the default Word template (letterhead, styles, headers and footers kept); a spreadsheet goes into the default Excel template. Put {{content}} in a Word template where the text should go, and {{table}} in an Excel template where the first table should start. {{title}} and {{date}} are filled anywhere.

Usage
Every request the system handled: who made it, what kind, how often, how long it took. Counts only. Nothing anyone typed, retrieved or received is recorded, so nothing of that can be shown here.
